If we were to believe the San Francisco Chronicle Datebook:    plagerism       eighteenth century sculpture               
we would think this is indeed new art - as you can plainly see it's just another cheap Chinese knock off ....... probably has lead in it,
 just like its eighteenth century forbearer by Franz Xaver Messerschmidt.
