You never know what you'll find in the Valley, I mean: "Greenland?!

There is actually a hole in that wall, hence the name.

There it is, from a different perspective.

Looking back at the hillside.

There are times when the road tilts a bit too much for comfort.

Well, time to bail anyway. Click for a flick!

Bracing for a coming storm?

Doesn't look like rain so it's OK to proceed.

There it is, the "Old Man of the Mountain"

Counterpoint.

Positive and negative space are hard to sort out at times.

Here is a plant that sticks like**** to a blanket.

If Velcro had a model this had to be it, it even sticks to your skin.

There are many kinds of flowers to be seen this year.

Dry Falls Canon, parallels Titus Canyon and makes for a great hike.

Great colors!

Great canyon walls.

Departing, tired from walking on a Jeep road.

A new day asks for a new canyon, up and over another four wheel drive road.

Car trouble? Forget it, your vehicle that is.

Writing is on the wall, like musical notes.

Soon to be evening light again

Evenig finds rusty parts in a different light.

A new dawn strikes the edge of yet another canyon.

Teeth of some ancient critter?

Now you sea it!

Evening light plays tricks on the color balance.

.

Time to head for the sleeping bag or the bar in the village.

For the last few years the picture above the bar had been removed because of a complaint by some fundamentalist. It is back; by popular demand, there is hope for the nation.

So, abstract wall paintings by mother nature rule.

I think that Slaty Bartfast forgot to unfold the drawing paper when he designed these parts.

All's well
that ends well, as the crows break into the car and slice my peanut bag open.
